Bamboo strand woven flooring is pressed by bamboo strand with several tons weight metal mould.The flooring density is 1.1g/cm3 and it is harder than vertical and horizontal bamboo flooring(the density is usually 0.68g/cm3) as well as harder than common solid oak flooring(it is usually 0.67g/cm3).And the percentage of expansion is just 0.4% in water for 24 hours but the Europe standard is less or equal 2%.Because of the mixture of bamboo strand and fuse with bamboo fibre by the pressure of very very heavy weight.So it solves the problem of solid bamboo:distortion,crack,expansion and moldy in moisture,soft body and weak feature under heavy pressure.

How to make the strand woven bamboo flooring?
1,select the material: the bamboo tree must be adult and grew at least 5 years.
2,make the bamboo strand: cut the bamboo tree and remove the surface of bamboo just reserve the middle part of bamboo.And cut the bamboo cane into strand.it iwll be treated by boil in H2O2 then dry and make the water content under 12%.
3,dip in glue: put the bamboo strand into glue pool and boil for several hours make the glue entering bamboo fibre
4,dry: after getting out of glue pool we will dry the bamboo strand in dry room and make the water content approximate 12%
5,make mould: then we weight and put same bamboo strand into the metal U-groove and pressed by several tons weight.It will be made into bamboo strand woven block
6,to solidify: we will put all raw bamboo strand woven block into dry room again to dry for several hours.
7,make tidy block:we will cut the rough sides and make the measurement 1870*105*138mm
8,make flooring pieces:cut the block into pieces by appointed sizes
9,cover paint and make grove: make toungue and groove then cover paint by UV
